RC80 Scheduler

Here you can find the documentation of the scheduler for the RC80 telespcope at Piszkéstető. This software is a python code written around the astroplan package to provide input for the automatic observing pipeline.

A small script to get the asteroid number or the provisional designation of a small solar system body. More details are here.

ELTE LAB

This page is dedicated for the ELTE Particle, Nuclear and Astrophysics Lab, Astronomical observational exercises at Piszkéstető. The aim of the laboratory is to acquaint students with the basics of astronomical observations and instrumentation, and in addition, with the method of basic processing of digital astronomical measurements. On this webpage every preliminary information and file can be found.

Simple FITS Viewer

Simple FITS Viewer is a small and quick GUI program to view astronomical fits files. It is mainly a hobby project to get some experience with PySimpleGUI. You can visit the Github page of the project here.
